Ethylene Oxide (EtO) Sterilization
Our principal sterilization offering, ETO, or ethylene oxide sterilization, has been the primary medical sterilization method since the 1960s. A low-temperature sterilization technology, ETO is characterized by its ability to easily penetrate packaging made of breathable materials while avoiding the damage caused by other solutions that involve high temperatures or radiation. At Taryag, we offer a wide range of sterilization chambers of varying sizes, allowing the provision of tailored ETO sterilization to small startups and large producers alike.
Steam Sterilization
Safe and fast, steam sterilization is a widely used non-toxic technique involving the exposure of products to high temperatures and pressure.
Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) Sterilization
Vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) sterilization works by exposing products to hydrogen peroxide vapor in vacuum conditions at low temperatures. This technology is commonly used to sterilize reusable products or products susceptible to damage when exposed to ETO, such as electronic components. VHP allows the sterilization of external surfaces but has limited capabilities with respect to sterilizing internal areas and parts.
Radiation Sterilization (Gama and Electron Beam)
Radiation is a non-thermal sterilization technique that destroys microorganisms through the use of gamma radiation and\or beta particles (electron beam). This technique is often used on products that are sensitive to heat or chemicals.
